Which Summer Entrepreneurship Program Location is Right For You?

Our 2017 summer program received an unprecedented number of qualified applicants, and choosing just 160 students to join us for the summer at MIT was no easy task.
In response to this demand, we’re happy to share that our summer entrepreneurship program will be held in two new locations this summer, in addition to our flagship location at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Ambitious and forward-thinking young innovators who want to launch real startups this summer can join us at one of these new locations—all ranking in the top 15 of Reuter’s 2017 list of World’s Most Innovative Universities.

Summer Program at Northwestern University
Our Northwestern summer course is the perfect program for teen entrepreneurs on a mission to make a difference in the world through build social impact companies and service-based offerings. Northwestern brings diverse people and perspectives together to inspire innovation and drive impact. Home of the Kellogg School of Management, they’re also famous for their approach to teaching marketing—a key skill for any entrepreneur trying to build real traction for their company.
Located just north of downtown Chicago in the city of Evanston, Northwestern offers the perfect blend of college town and big-city life, attracting artists, activists, and technologists to create meaningful change on a global scale. As a part of Northwestern University’s Center for Talent Development (CTD), you’ll also belong to an international community of of high-achieving peers and access the main hubs for innovation and entrepreneurship on campus.
LaunchX Summer at Northwestern University is a five-week program, running from July 1st to August 3rd.
Summer Program at University of Pennsylvania
Our summer program at Penn will take place in a real entrepreneurial community and coworking space—the Pennovation Center. Creating an atmosphere for collaboration, creativity, and productivity for innovators from all disciplines, this high-energy workspace brings people together to foster interaction and the exchange of ideas. As a LaunchX student at Penn, you’ll spend each day at the Pennovation Center—participating in workshops, building your company, and seeking feedback from real entrepreneurs.
LaunchX Summer at University of Pennsylvania is a four-week program, running from June 9th to July 8th.
We can’t wait to see what companies our students build this summer! Interested in joining us on one of these campuses or MIT? Applications for our summer entreprenership program are due on February 20th. The application includes multiple sections, such as short answer questions, a portfolio, and a 30-90 second video submission, so we recommend you get started as soon as possible.
